How can I track my order?

To track your package, simply go to the Track My Order link at the top of the page. Input your tracking number, and you'll be able to see the current status and location of your package. If you require any additional assistance, our team is always here to help.

What are your shipping times?

We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Once you place your order, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days, and you will receive an email containing the tracking number shortly after. For customers in the United States and various countries/regions like Canada, Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand, etc., we primarily use E-Packet as our carrier.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

To ensure fast processing and shipping, our warehouse team works diligently to pack and ship orders within 24 hours. While we can't guarantee address changes once an order is placed, we encourage you to email us immediately with your name and order number if you need to make a correction. Although we'll make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that changes may not be possible once the package has left our warehouse. Rest assured, we'll do our utmost to assist you!"

What’s the response time for emails?

Within 24 hours of sending your message. At Fadworthy, we prioritize prompt customer support. We strive to answer all messages and emails in the order they are received. You usually hear back within 24 hours (business days).

What is the processing time for orders?

Our standard processing time is between 1-3 business days from the day of order placement. While most packages are prepared within 24 hours, in rare cases when our warehouse experiences high volumes, processing times may extend up to 3 business days following the day you placed your order. Rest assured, we are dedicated to getting your order ready as quickly as possible.

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Sometimes tracking numbers only function for domestic orders, as foreign postal systems may not update the package's location in our carriers' systems. For international shipping, the delivery timeframe is usually between 2-4 weeks. You can estimate that it will take about that long from the shipment date until you receive your package. If your order is domestic and the tracking number isn't working, kindly inform us so we can ensure that your items were properly shipped.

The tracking number says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my order?

All domestic (U.S) delivery issues become the responsibility of USPS once it’s been shipped from our warehouse or suppliers. You can contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to locate your package at your local post office.

What do I do if something is missing or damaged in my order?

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We have a Money Back Guarantee which lasts 30 days prior to the delivery of your order, so please make sure to contact us within that time frame.
